Your Agreement with The Travel Edit by Ash:

Before finalizing arrangements for your trip, The Travel Edit by Ash requires that you (the “Client”) check the box stating “I agree to the terms and conditions of Your Agreement with The Travel Edit by Ash” on an engagement letter, thereby signifying agreement with the following terms and conditions.

AGENT FOR SUPPLIERS:

The Travel Edit by Ash acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service providers named in Client’s itinerary (“Suppliers”). Client consents to the use of Suppliers and agrees not to hold The Travel Edit by Ash responsible for any issues arising from Supplier actions.

SUPPLIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Client may be bound by the terms and conditions of individual Suppliers regarding cancellation penalties and other terms.

RISKS OF TRAVEL:

Client assumes responsibility for checking travel conditions and requirements.
COVID Risks: Client acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

CHECK YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

Client agrees to review travel documents for accuracy and is responsible for any change/cancellation penalties.

CREDIT CARDS:

Clients are encouraged to use credit cards for travel services.

The Travel Edit by Ash acts as a facilitator; chargebacks should be directed to Suppliers.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Strongly recommended, but no assurance or promise is made about the insurance.

GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDs:

Client must comply with TSA requirements, including Real ID Act, for boarding flights.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS:

Client must have a valid passport and may need visas for international travel.

FEE STRUCTURE:

The Travel Edit by Ash charges fees based on complexity and length of the trip.

Fees are nonrefundable.

NO WARRANTIES:

The website and its features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The Travel Edit by Ash is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of content or features on the website.

CLAIMS DEADLINE, GOVERNING LAW, and EXCLUSIVE FORUM:

Claims must be presented within 30 days after the trip ends.

The agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Texas.

AUTHORITY TO AGREE:

The person signing any of our forms affirms authority to agree on behalf of everyone in their party or family.
